  8. I've been AMAZED by the number of people who have written asking for
  9. my two recently written goodies, TORQUE.EXE and WINVID.COM on "widely
  10. mirrored FTP sites".  The programs are the result of my recent research
  11. into the state of the art in Windows display adapters for my weekly
  12. InfoWorld columns.

  14. I've built complete help info, operating instructions, descriptions,
  15. including my name, address, and Email addresses into both executables.
  16.  
  17. Both programs have been placed into the public domain and are available
  18. for completely FREE use by anyone.
